Came across these cheap Lora (not lorawan) products that look interesting. The gateway is based on esp32 and the sensors run on the acsip Lora SOCs. So could probably be flashed with custom lorawan fw. Most of the use cases might not fit with lorawan TOA restrictions but still worth mentioning.
