I bought a Pro gateway through the TheThingsShop, but except for the confirmation mail I didn’t not get any other information so after 2 weeks I sent them an email (shop@thethingsshop.com) to ask them for an update and I’ve been getting “undeliverable” messages for a couple of days now.
But there isn’t any information on that website on how to get in touch with them. So who should I contact to tell them something is wrong? TheThingsIndustries perhaps?
