V3 Stack downlink from Console

Hi guy´s

The downlink from console in V3, is this supposed to work now?
We have been trying to send downlinks to our end nodes without success…

Running Class A OTAA on our nodes, with receive window 1=1000mSec and 2=2000mSeconds
im unable to see that the downlink was sent in console window, just that it was in queue…

( Works fine in V2 )

Note: on Downlink V3 vs. V2, -V2 has the standard RX1/2 windows of 1-2000Msec while in V3 it´s decided to use 5000Msec…
