I hope I can get some direction from the forum, I have a hosted TTS V3 Open Source instance that works great for my pilot projects, I recently lost access to the instance, it’s odd somehow my passwords stopped working. The instance is up, downlinks and uplinks from sensors are working just fine gateways are connected, I was even able to upgrade to 3.31.1 via the terminal. I am just unable to login.
My question is can I reset the admin password for the instance? what are my options?
Yeah, I basically locked myself out, even my backup admin account password is not working
