TTN Server error to log in

I have a problem with TTN Server and can’t find the solution so far.
Currently I use Dragino Lps8 V2 as a gateway and one week ago till now I observed there was data lost during 6 am to 8.30 am everyday.
After i did check there is problem with access the TTN, I couldn’t log in and error show as below. Anybody has the solution for it please help to advice… Thank you very much

Unlikely to be a TTN problem otherwise many others would call out issues in same timeframe (depending on where in the world/local time zone) so start with looking at local network and backhaul/internet service provider to see if any scheduled events happening during that time. Is local network consumer or biz provision? If latter talk to network manager……another thought - is anything on the network solar powered? ( batteries exhausting overnight by aro 6.o am ‘ish then getting enough charge by 8:30 to restart operation? ! )
