TTIG seems connected but doesn't receive packet

Hi,
I have a few TTIG which have worked before but now they show up as Connected but they don’t receive any messages. One of those Gateways has received more than 10000 messages already but the numbers in the console don’t go up. How can I proceed with analysis?

I found out why my Minihub wasn’t working, by mistake it was set to be used with the Indian Basic Station Server which served an Indian frequency plan.
