Made a short current measurement on the BME280 breakout boards (4-Pin vs 6-Pin), the 4-Pin has a voltage regulator on board and therefore uses much more current. Of course the regulator can be removed.
Stock 4-pin breakout: 7.66ua in sleep mode
Stock 6-pin breakout: 0.173ua in sleep mode
