used my Tek766 successfully in LoRaWAN v2.
Migrated the Gateway to v3 successfully, however Tek766 is simply not connecting. checked the keys multiple times and it simply does show the two red flashing lights (no network) …
any help appreciated
Have you power cycled you node?

I have power cycled the gateway and multiple times forced a connection on the tek766 using the button.
The Tek766, have you power cycled it, remove the batteries and put them back in?
no - I havent - as the battery is sealed into the housing … not sure how to remove the battery
well after a few days I got this device now connected - I have not done anything different but pushing the button on the tek766 device …
According to Tekelek the button is for joining.
