i have TBG100 gateway with avnet device ,i would like to know how can i connect my gateway with TTN
Not seeing many details on that one, but if nothing else, one could probably use these instructions, config file, and startup script for Loriot:

And substitute TTN server addresses/ports in the global_config.json before copying it onto the box.
Actually you probably want to do a line-by-line comparison of that global_config with TTN’s for purposes of channel planning, too, just to be sure. What can differ by gateway is which of the two front end radios provides the clock source - make sure to keep whatever the product specific file is using there, even if you have to adjust frequencies for TTN.
