I nearly came on here to ask why my Indoor Gateway was still showing disconnected in the V3 console. But I had a last look through all the numerous topics on this and had a final go at solving it myself. The solution in my case was to delete the gateway in V3. I hadn’t tried this before because I thought once deleted the gateway could not be used again. I then realised it is only the ID which can’t be re-used and that is easily solved by creating a new one. So I deleted the gateway then claimed it and after a few moments it connected and appears to running perfectly. Sadly, I don’t have any applications to check it with but at least it is connected.
I thought a bit of good news would cheer folk up, it certainly cheered me.
