I want to know what channels are used for the The Things Indoor Gateway, is it possible to change them? how?
That depends on your region, there are EU868, US915, AS923 and CN470 versions available.
No
I use the US915 region , do you know how can I select the channels?
why ?
Because it is important to my node to know on what channels can transmit data, according to the spec related to TTIG it can only listen from 8 channels, it would be very convenient if my nodes transmit only on those channels.
My question is,on what channels the TTIG is listening?

Note that The Things Network uses 2nd Sub-Band only (channels 8 to 15 and 65). You’ll need to program the specific channels into the devices in order to make them work with TTN.

I’m not sure where you got that table from, but it is completely wrong.
The actual TTN uplink frequencies for US 915 (which are indeed the 2nd subband) are:
- 903.9 - SF7BW125 to SF10BW125
- 904.1 - SF7BW125 to SF10BW125
- 904.3 - SF7BW125 to SF10BW125
- 904.5 - SF7BW125 to SF10BW125
- 904.7 - SF7BW125 to SF10BW125
- 904.9 - SF7BW125 to SF10BW125
- 905.1 - SF7BW125 to SF10BW125
-
905.3 - SF7BW125 to SF10BW125
and possibly - 904.6 - SF8BW500
