Simple "connected" indicator?

Hi,

Is there a simple way to get a visible indication that the gateway is connected and running? I can’t think of anything cleverer than a script that greps process table and toggles a GPIO on the Pi… :thinking:

I’ve been having trouble with my gateway not consistently firing up the concentrator; it would be nice to tell at a glance what its status was.

PS - explicitly talking about an LED or something on the case. I know I can check console or do this via ssh.

you can check the script here the script is monitor-gpio.py.
It was for this iC880A plate that has 4 onboard gpio leds, should be easy to adapt.
The script can be started as a service.
