This may be more of a Seeed Studio inquiry.
Scenario:
- Seeed Studio outdoor gateway using cellular backhaul was working perfectly
https://www.seeedstudio.com/LoRaWAN-Gateway-US915-p-4306.html - Cellular carrier (Hologram) paused service to the gateway as the data plan cap was hit
- As a result of the cellular service interruption, the gateway became disconnected from TTN
- Cellular service was restored - gateway indicates it has reconnected to Hologram
- Gateway status in TTN (after many hours) still shows the gateway as being disconnected
I was wondering as to the potential of the gateway eventually “self-healing,” or is hands-on service likely necessary. Pls advise.
