Router.us.thethings.network does not work?

Hello:
See following ping effort:

rob@rob-ThinkPad-T520 ~ $ ping router.us.thethings.network
PING bridge.us-west.thethings.network (13.66.213.36) 56(84) bytes of data.
^C
— bridge.us-west.thethings.network ping statistics —
11 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 10228ms

rob@rob-ThinkPad-T520 ~ $

My gateway (eui-b827ebfffffc46a3) says connected.

Is this correct?

Thanks,

Rob.

See this ping as well:

rob@rob-ThinkPad-T520 ~ $ ping us-west.thethings.network

af far as I know you can’t ping the loadbalancers, they don’t respond.

TTN backend runs on the Microsoft Azure platform which does not allow ping to hosts.
