I’m trying to post it in Forum but in vain.
I have de-registered two LoRaWan gateways from HelTec and then try to re-use them with new settings. However, after entering all details like EUI, the system always prompt “Already exists!”.
Could you please help to resolve it?
This is not TTN Admin - there isn’t such a thing - this is the forum largely run by volunteers. If you need direct support, you can purchase a contract from TTI.
There is no error message that is that short - if you can tell us the actual error message - or use it for forum search - we can move you forward.
Please don’t even bother cropping it - it’s text, you can copy & paste it in to a message.
Or for faster service, copy & paste the text in to the forum search because there is a high degree of likelihood that this is one of the common issues detailed in the troubleshooting docs that comes up frequently on the forum.
