Restoring Deleted/Moved Application

Hi,
I have some devices with hardcoded AppEUI+AppKeys.
I managed to create an app on TTN and connected devices to it (app was registered on ‘ttn-handler-asia-se’ handler). However, the app was later moved to another handler ‘ttn-handler-eu’. And now, i cant move the app back to ‘ttn-handler-asia-se’ - every time i try to register the app it saws ‘Application already exists’.

I have found some info about this on Github here. But there seems to be no way to fix it…

Even thought my App technically was ‘Archived’ the messages from devices still seem to be routed to them…

Is there anything i can do to restore my app and re-add my devices to it?

I did delete my application for 20 days now I cannot restore the application or the App Key.
Please can you remove my application: lg92-test-app

I know there is no function in the protal.
