Remove the SSID of the gateway

“It is recommended to remove the SSID of the gateway from your device as it will ensure your device does not goes into AP mode again.”

How do I do this?

That depends on the device/operating system used. Usually there is some way to forget a network your device has been connected to.

Aha, I see. Device==The thing with the browser. Perhaps it would possibly make sense, to rephrase that very sentence a little bit. Maybe similar to this…
“It is recommended to remove the SSID of the gateway from your device (i.e. computer, tablet, …) as it will ensure your device does not connect automatically to the Things Gateway (when being in AP mode) again.”
