Registering The Things Indoor Gateway

Hello,

I am trying to onboard a Things Indoor Gateway. When I attempt to claim it via the console I receive the following error…

I would add the gateway rather than claiming but I have no clue what keys to use etc…

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hey. Where did you purchase the gateway from? TTIGs need to be claimed and not registered so let’s see if we can help you with that.
