Problem claiming TTIG gateway

Hi guys,

I think I have the same problem that this post : Problem claiming gateway - #13 by KrishnaIyerEaswaran2

Impossible to claim a new TTIG gateway.

I have checked 2 times the claiming pw and EUI… any idea ?

Either explicitly mention @KrishnaIyerEaswaran2 so he is alerted to this post. Or post on Slack which is a more immediate attention getter for the TTI staff

This seems like a transient error on the upstream. Should be automatically resolved. Can you try again?
