I’m using the Paid Cloud version of the Things stack and I’m having problems today with Payload decoders not being called at either the Application level or the device level (when overriding the application level decoder). I can get them to fire when I simulate an uplink, but they’re not being called when the nodes are sending in their payloads (I see the payloads coming in but they’re just not going through the payload decoders).
Is this the best way to contact support with the Paid Subscription of the Things Industries? I have not paid the extra $200 for monthly support.
