OTAA rx1 and rx2 delays for join accept message

I have noticed that in the LMIC library for Arduino the delay for the RX1 window is 5 seconds for the OTAA accept downlink messages. The RX2 window is then 1 second later.

Is this timing standard for the OTAA requests? Usually the RX1 window starts 1 second after the uplink message.

For OTAA the timing of receive windows is different and 5 seconds for RX1 is right.
