Open port 1700 in firewall

Hi,
If I open port 1700 in our gateway for The Things Network server.
Do The Things Network server send from some fixed IP that I can add in the firewall for higher security?

You shouldn’t need to open anything, unless you’re blocking outbound traffic.

Normally the pull/push “ack” replies would be associated with the outbound traffic and let though.
