I am trying to get the location in my metadata to pinpoint an ‘average’ location of the device. In the old TTN I could see this, now I migrated to The things Stack. I do not see these coordinates in my metadata anymore.
This missing gateway location meta data has been discussed during todays conference, there is/will be a feature request on GitHub to bring it to TTS.
As per the conference chat, I’d prefer to work to slim down the core payload and faciliate the lookup & caching of standing data like gateway location and much of the other detail that comes down the wire.
Feel free to add your suggestion to the GitHub issue. If there is a convenient API to get that information I think that is an excellent option.
