using rn2483 and esp32 can i build a multi channel gateway
No See Nicks response when you asked about using one for SCPF earlier! RN2483 is a node device not GW - look for product that use one of the SX130x family* that support 8channels min per Nicks advice - they are not expensive…use the Microchip module for your node 
Be clear to look for a LoRaWAN GW NOT a LoRa GW

The RN module isn’t designed for all the things you may need out of a radio listening for multiple random transmissions.
