Microchip lora gateway frequency problems

Hi all,

I’m working with lora evaluation kit - 800. In the gateway board of this kit , receives the packet only for European standards (868.1, 868.3, 868.5MHz). I want to receive the packets from the frequency in the range of 865MHz to 867MHz. During testing, gateway receives the packets only for Eyropean standard. Is this gateway board support only for European standard? and also I want to download the gateway firmware .hex file from http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/Gateway-Release-Firmware_v1.0.4.hex . If I open this link, It can’t download the firmware. It shows preview on internet browser instead of downloading the firmware. How can I download this firmware?

Can please anyone support me for the above problems.

Thanks for replying. But the firmware save it on text Document instead of .hex file.

If the download firmware file like text document, how can I burn the text document into PIC24 controller of gateway board?.
