LW-compliant devices work on the TTN AU915 config?

Hello,

i have a question about the TTN AU915-band.

The LoRaWAN regional parameters V1.0.2b document define the frequency for channel 0 is 915,2MHz. In the frequency plan of TTN is defined that only the second sub-band (channel 8 to 15 and 65) is used.

Is this allowed according to the LoRaWAN specification? Should all LoRaWAN-compliant end devices for AU915 be able to work with the TTN AU915 band?
