LPS8 issue with 4G

Hello,

I have various Dragino Gateways 4G LPS8.
I setup everything well: APN user and pwd, as usual.

But I have yellow tick, This interface has IP address but don’t use it for internet connection.

How to fix this?

Not at all, apparently

But given the title includes 4G and the screenshot shows cellular…

@clement1234 have you tried to use the SIM using another device to check if it is actually working on e.g. your phone?

Many thanks for your help.

We had a confirmation the issue was form the cellular carrier, not from the gateway.
It is now fixed.
