We set up and successfully registered a gateway last month, and used it then with a couple of test nodes, we saw the data in the traffic screen, great stuff.
Now we come to the gateway to do some more development, having just left it idle (but on and connected) and we find it’s not connected. So we do a bunch of troubleshooting (including turning it off and on again!), it seems like both the router and the beaglebone (both inside the LR2) are connected to the internet (for example can resolve router.eu.thethings.network to IP and ping 8.8.8.8). We can ssh into both parts of the LR2 and access the web controls, but nothing obvious is wrong…
Nonetheless we can’t get the gateway to show as connected on our ttn console.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting steps would be most appreciated!
