Lorix One Gateway - Connection Issues on The Things Stack

Lorix One OS Gateway added to The Things Stack. It is listed as Disconnected. Any suggestions on getting it connected?

Please don’t double post! On your other post you say it connected for a short time but didnt say that here…that can have gig impact on how this gets investigated and root cause. What have you tried? How is everything configured? What has changed, if anything, since original connection. Without details no one can really help you…

This is now the active thread - I’ve closed the other one as most of it is over a year old.

Yes, this is the same Lorix One OS gateway, and it did connect originally for a short time. I haven’t tried anything - because I don’t know what I should do. This is the configuration:
