Lorix One don't work after few days

I bought a Lorix One gateway.

I installed it on a client and after 3-4 days the device stopped working. I powered off and on, it worked fine for 3-4 days and once again the gateway failed.

We have 4 nodes that send data complying with the LoRa Alliance specifications.

For some reason the gateway is blocked and loses communication with The Things Network server. It only happens to me with this gateway.

What do the logs say?

Is it lost in the console only? Does data continue to come through into your application(s)?

I connected a Lorix One gateway to The Things Stack. t connected for a short time, and then disconnected. What do I need to do to reconnect the Lorix One gateway/

No, the data doesn’t come through the application, either.
