May LoRaWAN be used in Haiti? And if so, at what frequency? And is there anything else that needs to be considered?
We want to setup some small Cells there for monitoring sensors.

LoRa Alliance Regional Parameters does not determined a plan for Haiti, perhaps lack of available regulatory documentation

Z-Wave Alliance shows 915 MHz and is listed with Argentina and Honduras
Argentina and Honduras have AU915 listed in LoRa Alliance Regional Parameters
AS923/AU915 - 915-928 MHz
US915 - 902-928 MHz
AS923 seems to be preferred to AU915 in LoRaWAN communities
