LoraWAN Gateway lower channel BandWidth

Hi,
i have customer which have 15.6 KHz license channel available in 470~510
I can see from the semtech Chipset spec that LoRa can support adaptive link with variety of bandwidths : 7.8 kHz; 10.4 kHz; 15.6 ; 20.8 kHz; 31.2 kHz; 41.7 kHz; 62.5 kHz; 125 kHz; 250 kHz; 500 kHz
but in the LoraWAN spec only 125/250/500 BandWidth allowed

i would like to know if Lora Gateway can support channel lower than 125 KHz ?

which 470-510 mhz gateway are you tallking about ?

[0#90]

i.e. Gemtek Outdoor Micro Gateway

You probably should ask there… but my guess is that it won’t work

it is more general quotation if Lora Gateway can support channel lower than 125 KHz ?

The MultiSF channels supported by SX130x chips inside LoRa gateways support 125KHz only, apart from one LoRa channel.

Tha’s why LoRaWAN for all regions use many 125KHz channels and a few higher BW channels

In general no.

The use of LoRa below 62.5Khz bandwidth requires that both Gateway and nodes use LoRa devices that have accurate TCXOs (temperature compensated crystal oscillators) fitted.

Dont know about the particular gateway, the manufacturer should provide you with the details, but there are not many LoRa devices (and hence nodes) that use TCXOs.

Thanks
