Login to console fails (with correlation id)

I have created a new account on TTN - and while trying to open the console I get the following error:

“There was an error causing the login to fail. This might be due to server-side misconfiguration or a browser-cookie problem. Please try logging in again. If the error persists, please contact support.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience.”

Error ID: error:pkg/web/oauthclient:exchange
Correlation ID: e3803c49d595440d93a40432b102fc5c

I get this error from different workstations therefore must be something server-side.

Can anybody from the Staff kindly have a look at this? :slight_smile:

I would have liked to contact the support directly but I am unable to find out how…

TTI Staff tend not to hang around on the Forum, at least not the ones you need or on a regular basis… suggest post a request in the TTN Slack #Support channel…
