My Laird Gateway has developed a dead short on the dc input and I need to send it to Laird for repair. I must admit my google foo isn’t the greatest so I have not found any info on the net on how or where to send my unit for repair. Tried to sign up with Laird’s web site and they require a email from a legitimate business? Any information would be appreciated.
if it’s in the guaranteed period… why not contact the source were you bought it ?
