Being new should not be an impediment to reading the error message. If you are new and don’t understand what the message means I would suggest you start with learning the basics, if you scroll to the first message there should appear a long to the ‘Learn’ section. In that section click on the LoRaWAN entry and watch the 60 minute video. That should provide you with the basics.
