Is there a spam filter in v3

Hi, hopefully not off-topic nor useless but only as a note here to know.

We had brought up our gateway as TTN v3 gateway as well and all sensors (17) had pushed their data with no data loss during the last 48h.

For me the Join is working again, as is sending data. divice → V2 gateway → V3
