does anyone know if there is an IoT or LoRaWAN network manager?
I’m looking for an additional open-source tool that can monitor and manage traffic between nodes and applications, triggering alerts when too many nodes use the same channel or anything that can help to manage a network.

No there isn’t
Not sure about open source. But I thought Microchip had a “free” app for the RN LoRa radios that would run on a Pic devboard. it’s been awhile, so will need to search a little.
