Help for add polysense sensor

Hello,

I can’t add a polysense sensor.
this message on TTN console:

Receive uplink message:

  • JoinEUI: 2017060000000000
  • DevEUI: 2017061525000015

but, can’t compete the join.

any help, please?

Join requires DevEUI, JoinEUI (also called AppEUI for older LoRaWAN versions) and AppKEY. Did you provide all three of them and set the LoRaWAN version to the right one? (Probably not 1.1, but 1.0.2 or something like it)
