GW show transmitted and received message count but messages are not displayed in the traffic display

Hi…
I am using DRAGINO LG308 EC25 LoRaWAN Gateway.
As transmitted and received data is not showing in the TRAFFIC but the number of messages are shown.
I provided the photos along with this post.
