Does anyone have docs for the GlobalSat LW-360HR tracker?
I purchased one, but have recieved zero after sales support, they do not respond to emails, or pick up the telephone.
The only thing the watch gives me is the DevEUI, I was able to extract the AppKey, and JoinKey. I am wondering if I may need to update these?
I am a bit worried about doing that though, as I means updating a file and flashing the fw, but I am not sure if I should even be doing this (again, no docs) and I don’t want to brick it before trying other means to get docs.
Has anyone else had experiance with this device?
