I saw the recent announcement about the Global Join Server. This is amazing but I still don’t see any links on how to use it. They also mentioned it’s open source, no links again. Anyone has any idea when this will be officially out?

Documentation for the hosted Global Join Server can be found on https://enterprise.thethingsstack.io/v3.5.3/guides/cloud-hosted/tti-join-server/ (v3.5.3 is the latest version today, 25 Feb 2020).
The Join Server is part of The Things Stack which is open source on Github: https://github.com/TheThingsNetwork/lorawan-stack
