‘descartes’ was actually French, I’m English but I speak enough Spanish to tell you that the Arduino MKRWAN 1300 is a device. If you don’t have a gateway near by, you will need your own gateway. You can not use it as a gateway, they are very different.
I’m surprised that you can’t find information on the internet for setting up the MKRWAN - Arduino has a tutorial.
