Hi @vickyskarthik, of course you can. You can do geolocation with just one DiY gateway - as long as you only need the geolocation to be accurate to about 15km.
You need to do some proper front-end engineering and develop a Statement of Requirements with stuff like location accuracy required, indoors/outdoors, topography, power and battery lifetime, cost, etc.
As @BoRRoZ predicts, I expect that you’ll want to know “how”. AFAIK the Kerlink ifemtocell does NOT have the clock accuracy required to do LoRaWAN TDoA-based geolocation so you will only be able to do RSSI-based geolocation, so probably no better than 1km accuracy.
