Gateway without "General Setting"

I registered Dragino LIG16 Gateway, it work fine.
Suddenly it dont have “General Setting Tab”. Overview and Location only.
Status “Unknown” (were Conected before).
It has sending data correctly.
What I can do to see it again.???

Are you on V2 or TTS(CE) aka V3?
