No we cant! The Forum is a community effort contributed to and guided by vlunteers with no Account or device specific access - you need to contact the TTI core team or post to th e#support channel on TTN Slack, where thye may pick up sooner than likely on the Forum. They may ask you to jump through some hoops to prove current/prior ownership. Do you still/can you still see emails to the original account if they need to validate through there?
