Hi !
I recently find the issue why my gateway cant connect to EU1 server. Its seems its not running i tried to ping it.
But i got time out for ping tests .
A simple search of the forum would tell you that the TTN infrastructure is behind load balancers in the cloud and does not respond to pings…(many have raised this and asked before you 
)

Okay but why my gateway cant connect to server if all configuration parametrs are correct ?
And in console shows disconnect.
5 days ago was last connection .
Can you help with this issue ?
Personally no - Mods and volunteers do not have direct access to the backend. Your timing fits with recent updates to V3 backend 3.12.0/3.12.1 per https://status.thethings.network/ so may be worth you asking for supporton the SLack #ops channel…may be co-incidental with last minor change but worth asking.
