End device connection

Hi.
I recently managed to register a Kerlink Wirnet Station on TTN V3 ( functioning well). After Device registration and the switching on of the end node, the data was visible on live data panel and the node was status - on (connected).
sticking point - I powered down the device for a day and after powering it up again, the node status was still off (last seen 1 day ago) (no data on the live panel) but the gateway was receiving uplink messages from the node. Is there a way to remedy this.

Are you using ABP or OTAA? In case of ABP, what is the frame counter value in the gateway view and what is the frame counter as listed on the device page?

Hi.

  1. ABP
  2. Frame counter value in the gateway view?. I cannot find that gateway view slot.
  3. I have not enabled (checked) the reset frame counters slot on the device settings page.
