End device can not join OTAA mode in IN865 and AS923-2 regions

Our end devices can use properly with EU868 region. But with IN865 and AS923-2, they can not join in OTAA mode. They join in ABP mode successfully ,then downlink function doesn’t work. Please give me some advices

Thanks for your response. Our end devices can work with IN865 and AS923. The proof is that if I use ABP join mode, it can send uplink to the network server normally but cannot send downlink.
