Downlinks error // Payload must be a complete hex value

Hi all,

I’m trying to reconfigure the Generic Nodes sending rate as per the instructions here however when I enter this value into the Payload section of the Downlink part of the device’s Messaging tab I get the error:

Payload must be a complete hex value

I saw a work around mentioned whereby you should delete the trailing space mentioned here by

but I still get the error.
Apologies if I’m missing something obvious.

Yep still same message. And I removed the space after that it naturally fills in

You should not remove any spaces. When I try I only get the error after removing the space. With the space the downlink is scheduled as expected.
