Device - how to know distanze to the Gateway

Hello
i have t T-BEAM connected to ttn. Sending datas and showing on my my map where the device is.
Is there a way to know the distanz to the Gateway?

First you have to know where the gateway is located. The rest can be done by some calculations or by using Google maps.
Or connect your T-beam to TTNmapper. There you can see the distance to the gateways that received your signal.
Using of RSSI or SNR is very unreliable and only a very rough estimation.

because i don’t know the Gateway, i hoped the device would know it to calculate!
i have tryed the ttnmapper but till now without success!

If you look in your RX payload you will see “rx_metadata”, all the gateways information is in there.
